“Bob and his crew did outstanding work on my Edgartown home on two related projects. This included moisture proofing the crawlspace under the house and identifying, removing and replacing any structural damage caused by wet rot. The crawlspace project was a substantial undertaking which required thorough cleaning and removal of old insulation, many years of accumulated debris, installation of the vapor barrier, dehumidifier and drains. In addition the remediation of the wet rot issues was formidable requiring Bob and his crew to work in tight quarters to remove only what was necessary and replace it with appropriate materials for the task.
The quality of the work was superlative in all aspects. Bob and his crew were always respectful of the privacy of the people living at the house, maintained a spotless work area. Moreover, the work was completed on schedule and on budget as per the estimates. Now I have a house with a dry crawlspace and secure structural elements which will last well beyond my ownership and which my children and theirs will continue to enjoy for generations to come. Bob and his crew have my highest recommendation for the fine work done on my home.
